RESPECT FOR OTHERS, strengthening the respect and confidence in ourselves.
Once a monastery was going through difficult times. There were only five members: the head monk and four others, all over 60 years. In the mountains near the monastery lived a revered monk. The chief of the monks came to the holy man asked if he could offer some advice that might save the monastery.
The chief monk and the holy monk spoke a long time, but when asked by the council, the saint simply replied: "I have no advice to give, the only thing I can say is that one of you is the Messiah who represent a great role in uplifting humanity. " The head of the monks, returning to the monastery, told the other monks what the holy man had said.
In the months that followed, the old monks meditated on the words of the wise man. "Messiah is one of us?" each asked himself. To the extent they thought about this possibility, they began to treat each other with extraordinary respect as one of them could be the Messiah. They began to notice the specialties of each and became very close.
And given the possibility that a member might be the Messiah, also began to treat themselves with extraordinary care. Insofar as time passed, people who visited the monastery noticed the aura of respect and gentle kindness that surrounded the five old members of the small monastery.
hardly knew why, but people began to return to the monastery. Began to bring their friends and their friends brought more friends. In a few years the small monastery had once again become a prosperous monastery, thanks to the gift of the holy man.

Respect yourself and respect others is the basis for making friends.
If you have friends who appreciate you for who you are, is a treasure. This treasure can not compare with any material wealth is the sign of true prosperity.
