By Adolfo G. Fabregat Fabregat
The doctor is of Uruguayan origin and studied architecture and computer systems at the University of Baltimore, if memory serves me correctly. The fact is: all weekend Dr. Fabregat makes sailing one of his children. A weekend either this child became ill and were forced to stay home. Our friend took his laptop and began to "webear" on the net and came across the website of Digital News and read the following story ... "The CNE would have put on your website data base with the potential to lower it REP (download) ... " . Fabregat went there and got a lot of patience with the state database state, integrated into one and started "jorungarla" getting information from other surprising ...por ejemplo :
"The oldest registered person in Venezuela is Mrs. Josefa Molina Lantz who was born on April 30, 1831, you can find her at the top of this file. I posted a fun little note in the wonderful web site Noticiero Digital about Mrs. Molina's upcoming 175th birthday and two very astute ND readers quickly found that she is registered in the Instituto Venezolano de los Seguros Sociales (ISS) which confirmed that her date of birth is not a typographical error and most intriguingly that she was affiliated with the firm CATIVEN ANDIMER in 1979 -at the ripe age of 149. You can see Mrs. Molina's ISS page near the bottom of this document."
