Recently I graduated from Master Pastry Chef. My final dessert was a deconstruction of the drink, immortalized by Ernest Hemingway, the Cuban Mojito. Its ingredients sugar, mint, lemon and rum, made in different textures, were transformed into a delicious dessert. Little by little I will return back to my blog and share with you this sweet experience the way to the bakery.
